PROLOGUE
In 2010 Lalanne Winery begins its international expansion with the purpose to offer its exclusive wines to the most demanding markets.
The wines offered by the winery, posses the exceptional balance of wines that have been elaborated following the artisan way. The perfect combination of the aroma, body, tonalities and recollection in the mouth, reveal the effort of Lalanne´s family to offer a product of exceptional quality.
CHARACTERISTICS
Lalanne Winery offers a wide range of high quality products. The work begins with the research and follows with the tasting of the grapes on the vines. There are no requirements regarding production volume. Everything is ready to obtain the highest quality in each grape variety, afterwards our oenologists work hard to monitor the natural fermentation process.
Our craftsmanship in the production forces us to consider certain peculiarities:
1. Absolute exclusivity.
It is absolutely impossible to find wines like these. Each vine, grape, vintage and each fermentation is inimitable. It takes place every year with the best vines, the best locations and an in depth study of the quality, which results in better and more exclusive wines year after year.
2. Limited production.
The range of wines from Bodegas Lalanne doesn´t answer to the demands of the mass market because it is not possible to increase year after year the quality of each wine and at the same time increase the production in large quantities. We always choose quality over quantity, and will remain so.
3. Limited editions.
Lalanne's family produces each year, for its most exclusive customers, a small range of wines using the most select variety of its grapes in limited editions. It is the essence of the family, the result of many generations passing on their sensitivity for good work and providing the necessary knowledge to know how to create this unique product.
BUSINESS INFORMATION
Lalanne Winery offers its customers a range of white, rosé and red wines.
The availability of the products offered is fully guaranteed by Bodegas Lalanne.
PRODUCT SALES
Importers interested in Lalanne Winery products will be able to place orders by telephone, e-mail and through the Winery´s web site.
Importers who wish to purchase products from the Winery, will receive a client code that will be their ID to access the section of the website to place orders, view order history, billing etc.
When placing an order, there is a minimum requirement of a pallet, 720 units, which can be filled with a wide range of products. The Winery offers the importers several discounts according to the volume of the purchases. Discounts are applied in each order.
Lalanne Winery offers importers the possibility of signing a contract of exclusivity in the importer´s province or country.
The exclusivity agreement shall be subject to a purchase stipulated and agreed by both parts. Usually, the minimum duration of the contract will be two years. The non-renewal of the exclusivity agreement shall be communicated to Lalanne Winery with a minimum of three months prior to the expiration of the contract.
The exclusivity agreement guarantees the importer that prices will remain the same during the two year period and the best possible volume discount offered for each annuity.
Product Orders are prepared at Lalanne Winery. Orders can be picked up by the importer at the winery if it´s part of a batch or consignment, or the order can be shipped to the importer.

PROLOGO
Bodegas Lalanne inicia en este año 2010 su expansión internacional con el propósito de ofrecer sus exclusivos vinos en los mercados más exigentes.
Los vinos que la Bodega ofrece, reúnen de una forma excepcional el equilibrio de unos vinos elaborados artesanalmente. La perfecta combinación de su aroma, su cuerpo, sus tonalidades y el recuerdo en boca, descubren ante el cliente el esfuerzo de la familia Lalanne para ofrecer un producto con una calidad excepcional.
CARACTERISTICAS
Bodegas Lalanne ofrece una gama de productos de muy alta calidad, en la elaboración de nuestros vinos, el trabajo comienza con el estudio y posteriores catas de las uvas en las cepas. No existe ninguna exigencia en volumen de producción, simplemente esta todo preparado para obtener la mayor calidad en cada variedad de uva y posteriormente trabajar intensamente en una fermentación totalmente natural y constantemente controlada por nuestros enólogos.
Nuestra artesanía en la elaboración hace que tengamos que contemplar ciertas singularidades:
1. Exclusividad absoluta.
Es absolutamente imposible encontrar otros vinos iguales. Cada cepa, cada grano de uva, cada añada y cada fermentación es inimitable, se produce cada año con las mejores cepas, con las mejores disposiciones y ubicaciones y se profundiza más y más en la calidad obteniendo casi de forma irremediable año tras año mejores y más exclusivos vinos.
2. Producción limitada.
La gama de vinos de Bodegas Lalanne no responde al mercado de masas debido a que no es posible aumentar año tras año la calidad de cada vino y al mismo tiempo incrementar la producción en grandes cantidades. Siempre calidad antes que cantidad, y así seguirá siendo.
3. Ediciones limitadas.
La familia Lalanne, para sus clientes más exclusivos, elabora cada año una pequeña gama de vinos con la más selecta variedad de sus uvas en ediciones limitadas. Es la esencia de la familia, el resultado de muchas generaciones trasmitiendo sensibilidad por el buen hacer y aportando el conocimiento necesario para saber crear ese producto único.
INFORMACION PARA EMPRESAS
Bodegas Lalanne pone a disposición de los clientes una gama de vinos blancos, rosados y tintos.
La disponibilidad de los productos ofertados esta totalmente garantizada por Bodegas Lalanne.
VENTA DEL PRODUCTO
El importador interesado en los productos de Bodegas Lalanne podrá realizar sus pedidos mediante llamada telefónica, a través de e-mail y mediante la página web de la Bodega.
El importador que desee los productos de la Bodega, recibirá un código-cliente que será su identificativo para poder acceder a la sección de la pagina web y realizar sus pedidos online, consultar su historial de pedidos, de facturación etc.
La cantidad minima de venta es un palet, 720 unidades, el cual se puede completar con la gama de productos deseada. La Bodega pone a disposición de los importadores una serie de descuentos según el volumen de sus compras. Estos descuentos se hacen efectivos en cada pedido.
Bodegas Lalanne ofrece si es de interés por parte de los importadores, la posibilidad de firmar un contrato de exclusividad de sus productos en la Provincia o País del importador.
El contrato de exclusividad ira sujeto a una compra estipulada y acordada por ambas partes. La duración minima será bianual por norma general. La no renovación del contrato de exclusividad deberá ser comunicada a Bodegas Lalanne con un mínimo de 3 meses de antelación al vencimiento del contrato.
El contrato de exclusividad garantiza al importador la invariabilidad de los precios de los productos durante los dos años de duración y dispondrá del máximo descuento posible por volumen de pedido en cada anualidad.
Los pedidos de producto se elaboran en Bodegas Lalanne, La Bodega ofrece la recogida por parte del importador “in situ” si forma parte de un grupaje o bien, si el importador lo demanda se procede al envío del pedido con entrega en destino.
